  • Gather background information on the product, target audience and business objectives

  • Collaborate with creative directors and account managers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations

  • Maintain voice and tone across all materials, including product positioning copy, product pages, emails, point-of-sale materials, banners, landing pages, videos, social posts and more
